ILLINOIS KIDS COUNT 2008
The Kids Count Symposium, held March 28, 2008, coincided with the release of the "Illinois Kids Count 2008" data book and examined the well-being of a generation of children. It also looked forward to what lies ahead for children in our state over the next 20 years.
Through workshops and discussion, the Symposium covered a range of topics and highlighted speakers from a variety of policy and research fields. To continue the dialogue, Voices has made available presentations from the event.
